5th Grade

This has been an adventure  for sure – one filled with joy, laughter, and so many opportunities for growth. There has been so much that has changed from the little school we used to have when she was 3. We have been so blessed to walk this out with her and show her how His hand is in so much of our daily walk and how we need Him so very much  – every moment of every day.

Here is a list of the books we are using this year.  As far as a schedule, we are as eclectic in our schedule as we are in our selection of curriculum. I have never been one to just purchase a box set, although I am sure it works well for many families. It has always been easier for me to teach to her style of learning and where she is academically, rather than to what “they” say should be used for a certain week in a certain grade.
